All prices on our website are inclusive of Danish taxes and exclude shipping costs. For orders to countries outside the EU, we deduct Danish VAT at checkout. Bioli ApS is not responsible for any customs duties, VAT, and/or similar import charges levied in recipient countries outside the EU. It is up to the recipient to determine their country’s customs and excise laws.

Contractual terms with Bioli ApS are concluded in the Danish language in Denmark. All prices and products on the website are subject to sold-out goods, misprints or typographical errors, change of delivery times from our suppliers, and delays that are beyond the control of Bioli ApS.

Order confirmation

We will send you an electronic order confirmation to confirm your purchase. The order confirmation will contain all necessary information about your purchase. This can also be used for any return of goods.

Delivery 

We deliver worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days within Denmark and 5-10 business days internationally.

Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day you receive the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

Products must be returned in the same condition as received. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of use or is damaged. The customer bears the cost of return shipping.
