Delivery Times

Orders are processed promptly and often leave our warehouse on the same day if the order is placed on a business day, or within a maximum of two business days. For Denmark, most orders leave on the same day.

  • Denmark: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 3–8 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the World: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are indicative. The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. Some packages, particularly to the United States and China, may be delayed or stopped by customs.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

You may return goods within 14 days of receipt.

  • Goods must be returned in the same condition as received.

  • The right of withdrawal is void if goods are used in a way that significantly reduces their value.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Include your order number or invoice.

  • Sale/discounted items may not be eligible for returns.

Cancellation Before Delivery:

  • You may refuse delivery. The package will be returned to Bioli at no cost.

  • Refunds are processed after returned items are received and verified.

Warranty and Complaints

  • Report defects or delivery errors as soon as possible.

  • Standard complaint period: 2 years (limited shelf-life items are subject to indicated expiry).
